First, they accepted 2 out of 3 pieces submitted.
Second, they asked if it was possible to use one of the images for the promotion of the exhibition.
Then, this week, I received a note to say that the gallery would like to purchase a couple of my pieces.........
I am so excited you can not wipe the smile off my face.

:-D Congrats, Congrats!! No reason to wipe off the biggest smile you can manage!
That is wonderful and well deserved. Youare an artist - there is no doubt in my mind and I hope none in yours.

Grinning here too Amanda!!!! BRILLIANT, brilliant, brilliant!!!!!
Obviously a curator of taste and discernment. Great to see your skill and judgement recognised
I'm so proud for you!! And it is time you see yourself in the same way : )

I am very happy to see the public acknowledgement of your work - much deserved.
Well, if it isn't true, we are ALL sucked in ! They are lovely pieces and a wonderful addition to the gallery's collection. Congratulations on your amazing work :-)
wooo you go girl! congratulations!
Thank you everyone for your comments, encouragement and inspirations. I am not sure that I could have done this without all my very supportive friends and mentors!
I am still smiling here and it is very pleased to have affirmation from an outside source! I am not sure why that is needed for me to think of myself as an artist, as I tend to think of myself more as a maker/weaver.
Looking forward to the next craft camp!
Wonderful, Amanda - congratulations. Can we see a photo of the other piece, please ?
I haven't stopped grinning about this. I hope you haven't!
it's always wonderful to receive validation of your work, especially from those who know what to look for. congratulations.
